In 1978 the company opened its present office at Bharat Nagar Chowk, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. During this time his son and company MD Mr. Raj Kumar Bhandari joined him. Together they do business in and around Ludhiana. In 1982 the company was renamed Bhandari Estates Private Limited and since then it is doing business under this name.
In the year 1991 the company developed a Carnival Shopping Center at Ludhiana’s posh Mall Road where opened Ludhiana’s first Archies and Nike showrooms. We have also been associated with various commercial complexes like, Lodhi Complex, The Mall, Sutluj Tower, Fountain Chowk etc.
We have already worked with the top clientage of the city like Hero cycles, Punjab Concast, Vardhman, Oswals, Garg Furnace, Greatway Hosiery etc. Recently we have tied up with the OPERA CCPL GROUP, Panchkula.
